Mr. Guth is a 1973 graduate in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign, and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1976 from The John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
